It is the Seaside of Oregon

there were strong winds and rain today, and the weather went

roughly in the range of 0 - 4 celcius degree, colder than I expected from the forecast.

Oregon Seaside is situated at the most WEST part of United States. So the coast is right at the end of West Oregon state. =)
